This group is all about Pilates, outdoor fitness, moving your body, healthy routines and building a community.
I will be your Pilates guide and teacher with mucho sol, sunshine and beach energy. I will take you on your journey with me, if you are eager to try something new, work on your strength or just want to find a cool group of people to share some workout moments with. ☀️
I am offering:
Live classes on the beaches of Costa del Sol, Malaga.
Everything at your own pace, all levels and in English, en Español oder auf Deutsch - todo lo que haga falta!🤗

Classic Mat Pilates | Beach Workout ☀️
Huelin Entrenamiento Playa, PH27+2Q, Carretera de Cádiz, 29002 Málaga,, Malaga, ESClassic mat Pilates is the basis and mother of all other Pilates forms and classes. It includes full body and bodyweight only exercises on your mat. The exercises have options for all levels of Pilates knowledge and overall fitness - so you can make it as hard or advanced as you want to but are also welcome to start your journey on beginner level. The class takes around 50 minutes with warm up & stretch included. All you need is a mat or a towel to place on the grass by the beach and let the rest be up to me to guide you!
PRICES:
- single class: 10€
- 4-class-pack: 35€
- 8-class-pack: 60€
