Starting January, 2022, Helms Design Center will present smARTalks 2022, a monthly educational event series designed to empower and inspire visual artists and creative professionals.

smARTalks will comprise 12 intimate lunch-and-learn sessions for professional development in the arts, covering timely and important topics vital to artists practicing in the 21st Century. smARTalks programming will cover hot topics: The Creative Economy, Trends in Public Art, Race and the Arts, Exploitation in the Arts, NFTs, AR, VR, AI, Effective Use of Social Media, Trauma and the Arts and more.

Event speakers and moderators will include top artists and experts from Los Angeles and elsewhere. (Confirmed speaker list to be announced soon.)
