PyLadies Valencia - 16/04/26 - Workshop

¡Hola PyLadies! 💜🐍

Después de nuestro último evento en septiembre, sabemos que nos hemos hecho un poco de rogar… ¡pero volvemos con muchas ganas y con un taller muy especial para retomar los encuentros de PyLadies Valencia! ✨
En esta ocasión tendremos el workshop "Cómo crear alertas automáticas con bot de Telegram y GitHub Actions", impartido por Laura Domingo.
¿Te imaginas que tu proyecto te avise automáticamente cuando algo importante ocurre? En este taller aprenderemos a crear alertas automáticas que llegan directamente a Telegram, combinando bots y GitHub Actions para automatizar tareas y monitorizar procesos de forma sencilla.
Será una sesión guiada paso a paso, ideal para experimentar, aprender algo nuevo y descubrir cómo pequeñas automatizaciones pueden ahorrarnos mucho tiempo en nuestros proyectos. No necesitas ser experta: si te interesa la programación, la automatización o simplemente quieres probar algo nuevo, ¡este espacio es para ti! ✨
💻 Importante:
Para poder seguir el taller necesitarás:

• Traer tu propio portátil
• Tener una cuenta en GitHub
• Tener una cuenta en Telegram

📅 Agenda del evento:
18:00 - 18:15 → Bienvenida y networking
18:15 - 19:45 → Workshop (incluye un descanso de 15 minutos para un pequeño piscolabis)
19:45 - 20:00 → Cierre del evento

After our last event in September, we know we’ve kept you waiting a bit… but we’re back with lots of energy and a very special workshop to restart the PyLadies Valencia meetups! ✨
This time we’ll host "How to Create Automatic Alerts with a Telegram Bot and GitHub Actions", led by Laura Domingo.
Have you ever wished your project could automatically notify you when something important happens? In this workshop, we’ll learn how to build automatic alerts that arrive directly in Telegram, combining bots and GitHub Actions to monitor processes and automate tasks in a simple way.
This will be a hands-on session, perfect for experimenting, learning something new, and discovering how small automations can save a lot of time in your projects. No need to be an expert — if you're curious about programming, automation, or just want to try something new, this space is for you! ✨
💻 Important:
To follow the workshop you will need to:

• Bring your own laptop
• Have a GitHub account
• Have a Telegram account
