December Meetup (In person) - re:Cap and PartyRock

St. Louis AWS User Group, We'll be having our final meetup for 2023 in-person on Dec 14th. Slalom will be hosting in their St. Louis office (7800 Forsyth Boulevard Suite 850 · St. Louis, MO 63105).

This year we’ll be collecting toys for a local chapter of “Toys For Tots". Donations are optional but greatly appreciated.

Agenda:

• Gather and Toy drop-off
• re:Invent 2023 re:Cap - 30 minutes
• AWS DeepRacer Overview - 30 minutes
• We are preparing to run DeepRacer events with this group and want to start with an overview
• Build with AWS PartyRock - 30 minutes
• We’ll break into small groups and use PartyRock to build an app
• PartyRock Demos, Vote, and Prizes - 30 minutes
• Members from the teams that build the top 2 apps will get a $25 Amazon gift card
