In a time when so many of us feel completely helpless in the face of what's happening to our planet, I believe we have to first be able to envision an alternative reality before we can become active participants in creating one.
Through shared stories and simple prompts, we'll explore what a world with less plastic could actually look and feel like, creating space for much need hope, connection, and inspiration.
And the setting is truly something special.
We'll be gathering inside a 19-foot geodesic dome handcrafted by local artist @adrienneoutlaw, built from collected plastics transformed into something resembling stained glass.
A conversation about imagining a world with less plastic, held inside a dome made of plastic reimagined. I mean. 🙌
Sure to be a touching, inspiring, and unforgettable hour.
Excited to be part of the Peace Garden programming at the St. Louis Earth Day Festival again this year!
Hope to see you outside soon!
