This class offers a whole-body approach for those who’ve practiced yoga before or have a regular movement practice. You’ll be guided through a rich sequence of postures—seated, standing, and on the floor—balanced with counter poses, breathwork, and deep relaxation.- Begin with healthy warm-ups to awaken the body
- Flow through classic yoga postures with intention
- Center with pranayama (yogic breathing)
- Explore the rhythm of stretching, releasing, and receiving
Moderate Yoga supports vitality, flexibility, and balance—inviting your body, breath, and spirit into harmony.

Laura Christian Imbornoni, M.Ed., RYT-500 leads yoga classes and expressive movement workshops with a gentle, inclusive approach. She has a special interest in healthy lifestyle, and balancing personal life with work and other responsibilities. Laura is a Movement Therapy graduate, Holistic Health Educator, Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Transpersonal Life Coach, and is certified in Integral Breath Therapy.

This circle is for Reiki practitioners who have completed Level 2 or higher.
Join a supportive community to give and receive Reiki, deepen your practice, and connect with others on a shared path.📝 HOW TO SIGN UP

We appreciate you taking this extra step to hold the circle sacred with us.💫 WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Come gather in sacred circle from the comfort of home. This monthly Reiki Share is a space to reconnect with your practice and your Reiki community.- Begin by checking in around the circle and adding intentions to the distant Reiki bowl
- Offer Reiki to the bowl, holding collective intentions for the season
- Be gently guided into shared practice with a short, centering reflection
- Turn your camera off to get cozy and comfortable
- Each person will take a turn “on the table” to receive distant Reiki from the group
- When it’s not your turn, you’ll send Reiki to others, holding space for their intentions
All Reiki levels are welcome—whether you’re newly attuned or long-practicing, you belong here.

- Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher
- Jikiden Reiki Practitioner (Shoden and Okuden levels)
Her greatest teacher of all has been Reiki.
