This online 1-hour workshop is designed to introduce you to the world of Reiki in a clear and accessible way.
We will explore:

1. What Reiki is and its origins
2. An overview of different Reiki systems
3. A guided meditation and a Reiki experience

By the end of the session, you’ll have both a solid understanding of Reiki and a personal energetic experience.
What you’ll need:

• A stable internet connection
• A quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed
• A bed, yoga mat, or chair where you can lie down or sit comfortably during the Reiki experience
• A blanket to stay warm and relaxed
