WORKSHOP:
Making decisions can feel overwhelming especially when the options are unclear or when the choice could change your life.
If you’ve ever felt unsure, paralyzed, or afraid of making the “wrong” choice, this workshop is for you.
Because staying stuck is also a choice. When you don’t decide, someone else may take the decision for you. Not choosing also comes at a cost of wasted energy, self-blame, and the risk of moving backward instead of forward.
During the workshop we will explore:
- How brave women approach decisions,
- How to work with fear instead of against it, and
- How to choose growth over comfort.
During this interactive session, you will:
- Understand your personal decision-making patterns
- Learn practical, strategic tools to make more confident choices
- Identify when your decisions are driven by fear vs. your values
- Practice taking brave, aligned actions in real-life scenarios
This workshop is a safe and supportive space for women to reflect, explore, and gain the confidence to step forward. By the end, you’ll feel equipped with tools that will help you to navigate decision process.
Keynote Speaker:
Agnieszka Fronia is a psychologist with a background in psychological medicine and a women’s hormonal health. She is the founder of Eviva Care, a start-up supporting women with hormonal imbalances, and the founder of this beautiful community SHE WINs, community created to support women’s personal and professional growth.
But foremost a woman just like YOU, with her ambitions, doubts, successes and failures.
Her mission is to help women set healthy boundaries, make brave decisions, and create bold goals, so they can build lives and businesses that support their wellbeing, confidence, and potential.

Sophia Gruner - is a dynamic trainer, consultant, and moderator, helping organizations build future-ready skills. Known as Ms. 🦄, she bridges education and business with creativity, strategy, and a touch of magic!
