Sobre nosotros
Enjoy a variety of outings and events offered by the ex-leaders, as well as current certified leaders, from SF Bay Area Sierra Club Chapters.
Leaders: 3 questions to participants:
- Is there any medical reason known to you that indicates you can't do this hike?
- Do you suffer from diabetes or anaphylaxis or allergies?
- What was the last time you did a hike of 10 miles or more?
### Alt-Sierra Club Mission Statement
To explore, enjoy, and protect the wild places of the earth;
To practice and promote the responsible use of the earth's ecosystems and resources;
To educate and enlist humanity to protect and restore the quality of the natural and human environment and to use all lawful means to carry out these objectives.
We encourage our members to join the Sierra Club and support the Loma Prieta Chapter,
which is responsible for local outings, conservation, environmental education,

Halloween Extravaganza Walk in Palo Alto
Ubicación no especificada aúnHalloween Extravaganza Walk in Palo Alto
Saturday, October 31, 6:30 pm
Let’s take a walk on the wild side, to view Halloween and all its fun in Palo Alto. Many wealthy people in Palo Alto go over the top and hire professionals to entertain and delight on this spookiest of nights. Let’s join the fun and walk among the ghouls and goblins, super heroes and villains, and all the rest. Explore your own creativity and create a costume to wear to blend in.
The area is a mob scene with many sights to distract one's eye, so I have yet to hold this event without losing many or all the attending people along the way.
Meet at 6:30 pm at the intersection of California Avenue and El Camino Real, Palo Alto.
