Join me for a fun fitness style yoga session at Sefton Park followed by coffee, food and socialising!

I'm a qualified yoga teacher with over 10 years experience. All levels are welcome to join, no matter your fitness ability or flexibility. Yoga is a very diverse, inclusive and individual practice and modifications will be available for those at beginner level.
£5 per person

• The yoga session will last 60 minutes. After the session we can have a picnic if you wish to bring food and drink or we can stroll to lark lane.
• Bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not, a towel will be sufficient, however you will get better quality practice on a mat. Home and bargains sell them cheaply.
• Bring water. This is essential, it's important to stay hydrated.
• Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing, gym type sport gear is perfectly fine.
• Bring sun cream
• My teaching style incorporates aspects of relaxation, cardio, strengthening and flexibility however all postures in yoga are an invitation only and modifications will be available for those at beginner level and new to yoga.
• If you practise yoga regularly and have equipment such as yoga blocks, straps etc feel free to bring them for your use.
• I will cancel in the event of wet weather
• Feel free to message me about any queries
• We will meet outside the cafe (Oasis In The Park, by the fountain) for between 12:00 and 12:30, and then head to the grassed area which is visible from the cafe, where we will begin at around 12:35. I will have my yoga mat over my shoulder so i will stand out!

🉐 Join Social & Sober for a Summer Festival at Sefton Park Palm House. This free event features a mix of demonstrations & workshops celebrating Japanese culture including:
🥁 - Performances: Taiko drumming & Koto harp.
🍵 - Demos: Traditional tea ceremony & Martial arts.
🎨- Hands on activities: Calligraphy, Origami, Kimono dressing, & Ikebana flower arranging.
🍣- Food stalls: A variety of Japanese food and snacks available

📍 Meeting point: The Sefton Park entrance opposite Lark Lane (we will wait by the pillar that’s on the right when facing into the park)
🕰️ Meet at 12:00 - We’ll go into the park together from the Lark Lane entrance and head to the Palm House (If the weather is nice, I’ll bring blankets to set up a base on the grass nearby and update the comments with our exact location if you miss the initial meeting time).
