We begin with ceremonial cacao from Guatemala (the finestquality, full-bodied criollo).
From there, you’ll be guided into a simple meditation, followed by a calming sound bath with crystal and tibetien bowls to deepen the experience.
We close the evening with a sharing circle (optional) and integration, letting the uplifted mood carry into the days ahead.
Held in English.
No prior experience needed. Just come as you are.
