Welcome to the Meetup for Spiritual Arts Institute, the premier metaphysical school for the aura, spiritual health and evolution. We offer inspiring workshops and classes, taught in-person and online, designed to build your own direct connection to the Divine and ignite your soul’s potential. We offer programs at every level of interest from free Meetup events and meditations, single workshops to steady ongoing training.
Our mission is to offer clear, practical and high quality spiritual education designed to assist the soul in its spiritual evolution.
Founded in 2005 by Barbara Y. Martin and Dimitri Moraitis, Spiritual Arts Institute is 501(c) (3) tax exempt educational corporation located in Encinitas, CA. The goal of the Institute is to help people from all walks of life accelerate their spiritual understanding and development. It is our aim to help reassign metaphysics to its proper place in the study of life and human development and to inspire confidence, love, self-sufficiency, charity, kindness, creativity, and inner knowing in all aspects of life. They have been trained by the Institute’s founders and are continuing their advanced studies at SAI to further their spiritual growth and service.

En líneaThis immersive experience will guide you through gentle movements and powerful meditations, fostering a harmonious flow of Divine Light and vital life force (Ch’i) throughout your body. Qigong exercises are moving meditations that accentuate the natural energetic flows and rhythms of the auric field to keep you in body, mind and soul in harmony. Through the power of your aura, you manifest everything in life. Qigong enhances your aura to help embody the attributes of the Divine Light and walk in greater step with the cosmic dance of life.

What you will experience:
- Gentle Qigong movements that release tension, improve circulation, and enhance flexibility.
- Movement of the Ch’i, similar to the health benefits of the meridian system in acupuncture.
- Release of energetic blockages that may be hindering your spiritual evolution.
- Tapping into the universal life force (often referred to as Fohat in esoteric traditions) to align with your highest purpose.
The session opens and closes with a Divine Light meditation. Wear comfortable clothing. If joining online, please leave space to perform the exercises presented.
Amelie Catheline is a Qigong and Tai Chi teacher in North County San Diego, CA. She guides students to calm their mind through gentle movements and deepen the connection to their body. Amelie trained with Marie-Laure Jousset and Francois Maurios at Ecole Equilibre and Chemins de Vie, practicing Yang Shaohu style Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong of the Mindful Health since 2010. She studied at the White Dragon Martial Art School’s Yang Style Tai Chi for eight years reaching the Senior Black Fringe level.
