Most founders don't have a story problem. They have a timing problem.
The Why that won your first customers. The What that closes the ones you need now. The Where that builds the category you're heading toward. Each one is right but only at the right stage.

In this session, Niamh Mannion and Nicole Mychajluk from Nine Thread Studio will show you what it looks like when founders get this right, when they get it wrong, and how to know which story you should be telling today.

Using real examples including a live client case where we jumped too far ahead and had to course correct, we'll walk through how to match your narrative to your customer, your stage, and the emotional need that gets them to say yes.

We'll cover:

  • The Why / What / Where framework and how your narrative needs to move through each stage as you grow
  • Why jumping ahead in the story loses the customers you need right now
  • How strategy and design need to work together, not separately
  • Why design matters at each stage just as much as the story
  • The three questions every founder should be able to answer before they walk into their next room

You'll walk away knowing whether your story is working for the stage you're actually in and what to do if it isn't.
