Bachata Pilates – Strength. Flow. Connection.

Join us for a two-hour movement experience designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident in your body.

First Hour – Pilates Practice (Beginner Friendly)
We start with a guided Pilates session focused on core strength, mobility, balance, and posture. This class is beginner friendly and suitable for all levels. The goal is to build a strong foundation and improve body awareness so you can move with more control and fluidity.

Second Hour – Bachata Social
After the Pilates session, we transition into a bachata social, a space to dance freely, enjoy the music, and experience how a stronger, more aligned body enhances your movement.

This event is also a social experience. It’s a welcoming environment where you can meet new people, build real connections, and enjoy time together through movement.

What to bring:
• A Pilates/yoga mat (if possible — if you don’t have one, please let us know in advance)
• Water
• Comfortable clothing
