Talk – Open Data Sharing in the Lakehouse Era: Data sharing has evolved from SFTP drops and static data portals to open, interoperable architectures. With lakehouse table formats becoming the standard for structured data, new sharing patterns are possible. This session explores how Delta Sharing enables secure, cross-platform access to Delta Lake and Apache Iceberg tables across engines and tools.

Data Contracts That Actually Work Peter is the founder of Data Caterer and a contributor to the Open Data Contract Standard. His talk will go beyond schemas and documentation, exploring how data contracts can be embedded into CI/CD, governance, and validation workflows to prevent breaking changes and silent downstream failures.
