KAYAKING at Cuiver River State Park/Lincoln Lake

We're camping this weekend, with high hopes for kayaking on Saturday. TEMPS AROUND 70 DEGREES!

You non-campers are welcome to join us. It's a nice little lake, about the size of Simpson Lake. Be at campground NO LATER THAN 9:30 a.m. Earlier is okay. Bring your own coffee. We will be up earlier, but will probably not be watching our phones. So just be there.

Some wind expected, but hopefully we can hug the shoreline and muddle through.

Vault toilets only.
Not sure about cell reception.
You'll just have to find us.

We will drive to the concrete boat ramp to launch. No shuttle necessary.

Please be sure to have knee high boots to launch, the water will be really, really cold. No big bulky clothes (sweatshirts, bulky coats).
Hopefully, you know what to wear for cold water kayaking.
