Der Theory U Hub Wien ist ein STÜTZpunkt im tieferen Wortsinn: Ein offener Ort für gegenseitige Unterstützung. Für alle, die sich aktiv und gemeinschaftlich für Transformation in Gesellschaft, Wirtschaft und bei sich selbst einsetzen wollen.
Wir fördern Erlernen, kontinuierliches Üben und In-die-Welt-Bringen von Ideen und Methoden aus Theorie U. Gemeinsam organisieren wir Infomeetings, Workshops sowie Peergruppentreffen in CoachingZirkeln.
Was ist Theory U ?
Theory U ist nicht nur anerkanntes Erklärungsmodell für positiven Wandel sondern auch direkt anwendbare Methodik für Einzelpersonen, Teams und Unternehmen.
Die am renommierten MIT entwickelte Theory U setzt die Erkenntnis um, dass die Wirksamkeit des Handelns am stärksten durch innere Einstellung und Zukunftsorientierung beeinflusst wird. Den Einfluss dieses tiefsten inneren Wissens gezielt zugänglich und 'zukunftsfähig' nutzbar zu machen, ist Hauptinhalt spezieller Individual- und Gruppenübungen entlang eines U-förmig verlaufenden Transformationsprozesses.

Guided Listening Circle for Women
·En líneaEn líneaJoin us to experience the power of a Coaching Circle, Case Clinic or "Listening Circle", as we call it. It is all about deep listening. No matter the challenge, non-judgemental listening can go a long way in helping to overcome it. This event is "women only" in order to ensure a safe space.
Receive support: Access the wisdom and experience of other women when you experience a challenging situation.
Give support: Help a woman respond to an important challenge in a supportive and innovative way. You don't have to know anything about the specific topic. Anyone can help!You are very welcome: regardless of whether you want to contribute your own cause or want to help other women. You don't have to have any special skills or knowledge.
Once you have taken part a few times, you can easily use the format in your own private or professional environment. This is particularly helpful where deeper connections between people are important and where people might not otherwise take as much time to examine concerns in more depth.

A local expression of our global Women Lead Community, each month we create a space for women to slow down, connect with themselves and others, and explore a new form of leadership grounded in presence, purpose, and mutual support. After a joint arrival, we take the time to reflect on our needs as well as what we each have to offer to the world. We have the opportunity to practice pitching our offers and needs in a safe space and connecting with other inspiring women who are eager to support each others growth.
Just come as you are – curious, present, and open. No need to prepare anything. Bring a friend or meet new ones. Have something to write with you for the reflection and bring business cards and flyers of your offers, if you have any.
The sessions are held in English. They are open to women of all backgrounds who are curious about co-creating a more conscious, caring, and connected world.
