You can write down your favourite topics/questions before the meeting. The meeting is participative and invite everyone if you feel comfortable being a leader and a power of suggestion. Be thoughtful and try to put yourself in the other person's shoes so that you can see things from their perspective. Be truthful, caring and honest. ● Listen actively and ask follow-up questions. ● Be empathetic and offer emotional validation so that they feel seen and heard.
