Come try out Wing Chun with us through Chi Sao! It’s a useful drill to build sensitivity, sharpen your reflexes, and learn how to control the center while working with a partner. Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or already experienced—this practice will help you strengthen the basics or polish your fluency and real application of techniques in motion. All you need is the motivation to train and share a good time with the group!

We’ll be doing Go Sao (free sparring), putting all the stuff we practice in forms, drills, and Chi Sao into action. It’s a fun way to work on timing, distance, and adapting to a moving partner.
