Este Taller lo dara Alexandra. 12 años de experiencia en diferentes disciplinas del movimiento, actualmente investigadora de los primeros chakras y sus beneficios con la danza, entre otras investigaciones, guardiana de la sabiduría ancestral. Este taller está pensado para mujeres que quieren reconectar con su cuerpo y su confianza interna desde un enfoque práctico, cercano y tangible. No se trata de teoría abstracta, sino de sentir y habitar tu energía de forma consciente. Objetivo: Volver a ti, recordarte quién eres y revitalizar tu mundo interior desde la seguridad, la confianza y la integridad. Qué exploraremos: 1. Conexión con tu base interna: * Trabajaremos con los primeros chakras, desde un enfoque práctico: * Chakra raíz: nos ayuda a sentir seguridad, estabilidad y capacidad de materializar lo que necesitamos. * Chakra sacral: nos conecta con nuestra energía emocional, permitiendo liberar lo que ya no nos sirve y abrirnos a nuevas formas de expresión y libertad emocional. Movimiento y cuerpo: * Aprenderemos a escuchar nuestro cuerpo a través del ritmo y la sensación física, descubriendo cómo la energía se manifiesta de manera tangible. * Practicaremos ejercicios de movimiento que te permitan sentir tu energía femenina como confianza, fuerza y conexión interna. 2. Herramientas para integrar: * A partir de lo que sientas en tu cuerpo, incorporaremos ejercicios prácticos que te ayuden a mantener esta conexión en tu vida diaria. * Aprenderás a transformar lo que recién descubres de ti en acciones y sensaciones concretas que refuercen tu seguridad y bienestar. La Via Ferrata más bonita de la Costa Brava, única en el mundo. Su situación privilegiada sobre el mar Mediterráneo 🌊 la hace muy especial. Descenso único al interior de la Muntanya de Montserrat **accesible en tren**. Sorprendente e impresionante! El Avenc del Pou de la Portella és una gran grieta abierta en la Muntanya de Montserrat por la que descenderemos hasta su salida inferior a más de **50 metros** de profundidad. Fraccionaremos el recorrido para admirar sus formaciones geológicas y recorrer su pequeña cavidad. Grupo super reducido debido a las características de la actividad. Máximo 5 personas. No era el típico escultor de academia desde joven. De hecho, heredó el oficio de su padre: **era afinador de pianos**. Esta sensibilidad por la armonía y el sonido la trasladó más tarde a las formas. A los 50 años (en 1980), dio un giro radical a su vida: cerró su negocio y entró a estudiar Bellas Artes. We will demystify the differences between OLTP and OLAP, walk through star schema vs snowflake (and why Power BI has a clear favorite), and show you the compression differences between normalized and columnar storage that will make you never look at an OLTP model the same way again. We will cover the different types of dimensions, when to use them, and how to handle Slowly Changing Dimensions without losing your mind. You will leave knowing exactly how to identify a bad model, how to convert OLTP data into a clean star schema, and how to forge relationships that rule them all.
