L’Atelier Cocottes est un « serious game » basé sur le pliage de papier. Vous apprendrez à pratiquer les éléments de base du Toyota Way et du TPS : faire la distinction entre une mauvaise et une bonne formation TWI, écouter activement votre client, isoler les défauts, fluidifier le processus, se mettre au rythme du client, et à chaque fois à réfléchir ensemble pour trouver une action d’amélioration efficace et apprendre à mieux maitriser ses gestes métier. Ce jeu permet ainsi de prendre conscience de l’intérêt de la formation des équipes sur le terrain, de l’écoute active du client, de la qualité intégrée/Jidoka, du Juste à Temps avec le flux, le rythme client… Les fondamentaux du Lean management ! L’atelier sera suivi d’un moment de prise de recul et d’échanges entre participants. We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome! As we learn, we hope to connect more with the Deaf community in Central Ohio. Join us as you're able! Come regularly or just once - whatever you're looking for!
