Hatha Yoga practice at a condo right by Farrer Road MRT every Monday. 🦅 08:00pm - 09:15pm These are weekly classes where the whole group practice and progress together, working on fundamentals and slowly building up. This class is good for beginners or anyone working with injuries. A consistent practice will build your foundation strong physically & mentally. Overview: The class is designed with beginners in mind and ficused on mindfulness of the breath and body.
