Meet: Yishun MRT Passenger Service Centre When: Thursday 23rd April, 5 pm\*\* \*\*Bring a pail to soak in the hot springs as there may not be enough space for everyone in the hot spring. You can also bring eggs to boil :-) \*\* Did you know that there is a Hot Spring in Singapore? **Sembawang Hot Spring Park** is a natural [hot spring](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hot_spring) and a public park in [Singapore](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singapore).[\[1\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sembawang_Hot_Spring_Park#cite_note-ST-Dominic-1) It is located beside a military camp about 100 meters (330 ft) off the main road, Gambas Avenue. Like hot springs worldwide, it can have health-healing properties with proper use in moderation, and its natural spring water had once been bottled commercially by [Fraser and Neave](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fraser_and_Neave), under the brand name of Seletaris. Since its discovery in 1909, the spring has been through a few changes of ownership and potential redevelopment proposals. The hot spring has a rural rustic feel for visitors to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the modern metropolitan city. Visit the hot springs and soak in it! Join in the walk, and enjoy the wonderful views of Singapore and the nature surrounding you. We shall have dinner at Canberra hawker centre. **Saturday Open Heart meditation ❤️** **In this two hour session we will introduce you to your spirirtual heart through Open heart meditation, Open heart 4 Everyone :) and Reiki Tummo Healing.** **Part 1, first 45 minutes: Open Heart for everyone basic practices** **Introduction to the Spiritual heart that is the center of peace and happiness within us and key to our connection to True Source, the creator. This will consist of 3-4 short-guided meditations with relaxation and a smile :) It is meant to be a fun, easy and relaxing way to open your heart and experience the love and happiness within. It can help to calm thoughts and ease stress. It is for beginners and experienced meditators alike.** **Short break with snacks 15 minutes (No nuts, other allergies please let me know)** **Part 2: 20 minutes, Open heart meditation** **This is a deeper practice that helps to open and cleanse our heart of negative emotions, during a 10-15 minute open heart prayer or meditation. We have never until now featured Zinfandel, the ubiquitous California grape with the Dublin Wine MeetUp Group. At its best Zinfandel, is rich, voluptuous, with great depth of red and blue fruits. Jammy and hedonistic are common descriptions Each person should bring one bottle of an quality Zinfandel wine; be creative and quality conscious, with some bottle age if possible. Turley, Martinelli, Biale, Seghesio, Ridge, Hartford Bedrock, Carlisle, Klinker Brick, Frog's Leap, and anything from the Rockpile vineyard is likely to be very good to great. The Prisoner wines began as a Zinfandel blend. Also bring a protein based appetizer to share and **a wine glass for your personal use.** Cheese and meats are best with these wines. There will be a gas grill behind the clubhouse to grill. We’ll gather at the Oak Creek clubhouse, where the Dublin Wine Group, hosted by Thom and supported by Timothy, will take it from there. Come join us for a fantastic mix of great wine, food, and even better company! Dodgeball is back again! If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. We’ll be playing for about 1.5 to 2 hours, you do not need to bring any equipment, and no experience is needed. We use a specific set of rules and equipment to make the games run better and keep them fun for everybody, not just people who already know how to play. If it rains, the event will be canceled.
