Weather is warming up so let's have possibly our last Sunday Roast Dinner until the weather cools down again🍗🥩🍖🌮🥗🍔🍻🍷🍹🍾 . The format is simple. We will be given a wooden spoon each. You order when you are ready, what you like and pay for it when you want to go. Their Sunday roast is pretty awesome! But if it is not your cup of tea, they have a wide and varied menu and you can opt for a rack of their monster ribs, a juicy tower of a burger, a plate of nachos piled high, a healthy salad or whatever else you fancy. There will be a Fluffy Tax of €2 per person. I have booked a table for 12 on the covered terrace. With notice, I can possibly add to it if more of you like to join us. However, please make sure you respond to my messages promptly or I will assume you have signed up by mistakes and will not reserve you a place at the table.

Main Library, Meeting Room 2B Join us for a welcoming evening of reflection, gentle music, and meaningful conversation. We’ll begin with a short grounding moment, followed by a brief reading from spiritual or philosophical traditions, and an open reflection circle where participants can share (or simply listen). Libera Animae is an interfaith community focused on inner growth, creativity, and authentic connection. All backgrounds are welcome.

The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event. We will be hearing from Becca Powell, Director of Advocacy and Outreach at Unchained At Last, an organization whose mission is dedication to ending forced and child marriage in the United States through direct services and systems change. Unchained At Last's mission clearly meshes and addresses several of our Humanist Ten Commitments. Becca will educate us about an issue many of us may not be familiar with--but should be. Food and drinks will be provided at the event. Feel free to show up a little bit early to hang out and talk. Going forward our meetings will be hybrid. Columbus Code & Coffee is an inclusive, informal co-working session. People of all skill levels attend, and we love it that way. Many people (optionally) bring projects to work on, and many other people (optionally) socialize the entire time.
