Abstract We ran everything in one Azure subscription. Leads and sales, installations and steering energy systems. Everyone had access. Most resources were created manually. It was unclear who owned what. As the tech org grew from 100 to 300 people, reinventing security and scaling individually stopped working. We'll cover how we approached platform building as gardeners rather than architects: observing what already works, replicating it, and letting rituals emerge before encoding them. We'll look at some mistakes we made along the way and what we learned from each. *Dayana Mick* **It works… but no one understands it: The hidden problem in DevOps** For several years, I kept asking the same question to senior developers, staff engineers, and mentors: “What is a build?” I rarely got a clear answer. Not because people didn’t know, but because the mental model had faded somewhere between Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and “just run this command.” At some point, I realized I could run pipelines, deploy services, and fix things just enough to move forward, but explaining what was actually happening was much harder. And I was not the only one. This talk is about a pattern I’ve seen across every company I’ve worked at. Systems that work, but are not really understood. Teams running platform commands from memory. Platform teams becoming bottlenecks. Incidents where even experienced engineers hesitate. And situations where people rely on tools without a clear sense of what is actually happening underneath. With AI, this is only accelerating. This is a talk for anyone who has ever copy-pasted a command, watched it work, and decided not to ask further questions. It is especially relevant for junior and mid-level engineers navigating DevOps complexity, and for teams who are trying to scale tooling without losing shared understanding.

Through discussion, movement and partner games, we will build tools to express and negotiate physical desires and set boundaries through the use of practical exercises. **Open Reflection Circle** is a small and intimate women’s gathering in Berlin, where we come together in a cozy café to share, reflect, and connect with one another. In this circle, a small group of around **8–10 women** gathers to spend time in meaningful conversation and reflection. We begin by introducing ourselves and gently creating a space where everyone feels comfortable and welcomed. Through guided reflection prompts, we explore our journeys, our emotions, and the experiences that shape our lives. These prompts are designed to help you open up and reflect more deeply on your thoughts, your dreams, and the challenges you may be navigating. We also include a few light and playful exercises to break the ice and help everyone feel relaxed and connected. The intention is not to create pressure to share, but to create an environment where sharing feels natural and safe. The heart behind the **Open Reflection Circle** is simple: to bring together women who can hold space for each other and remind one another that we are not alone in our journeys. This is a space where we can talk honestly about our lives — our visions, our goals, what we are building, and what sometimes holds us back from taking action. We reflect together on questions such as: Where do we want to go in life? What are we dreaming of creating? What challenges are we facing in our emotional wellbeing or personal growth? Musikerin. Kulturwissenschaftlerin, mit literaturwissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt. Seit Februar 2024 in Ausbildung als Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie. Durch diverse positive Erfahrungen als Teilnehmerin von (Schreib)kreisen für Frauen sowie mit großem Interesse besuchten Seminaren und Workshops offline und online, ist nun der Herzenswunsch entstanden, selbst auf lokaler Ebene - und in kreativer Gestalt - einen solchen Raum zu öffnen und leiten. A WiA Collective Wisdom Exchange At the start of this year, we gathered to look back, set intentions, and imagine the next chapter. This is the follow-up. Not a check-in. Not a progress report. A small, facilitated circle to reconnect with what you said mattered — and honestly explore what’s actually happening now. Together, we’ll explore: • What you intended at the start of this year - and what that looks like three months in • What’s surprised you, supported you, or shifted • What the next chapter needs now that you know what you know If you were at our January gathering, bring whatever you made or wrote — your word, your artifact, your intention. We’ll look at it with fresh eyes. If this is your first time, you belong here too. You’ll start where we all started: with what’s true right now. Optional art materials will be available for anyone who wants to reflect creatively alongside conversation. If you brought something home from January, you’re warmly invited to bring it back. The intention is the same as always: everyone leaves feeling more clear, more connected, and a little lighter. Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate. We’re bringing back Adult Field Day. Last year was a good mix of competition and just hanging out, so we’re doing it again with some new games mixed in. Think team-based challenges, simple races, and a few things inspired by game shows. You don’t need to be athletic. Most of the fun is just being part of a team and getting to know people you wouldn’t normally talk to. The goal isn’t really winning. It’s meeting people, laughing a bit, and leaving knowing a few more names than when you showed up. If you stick around after, we’ll have a potluck, a bonfire, and a couple comedians in the evening. We normally meet a few times a month during the week from 6-8pm. We will occasionally meet on weekends during daytime hours.

Meet patients, cultivators, processors, dispensary managers/staff, physicians, home growers, educators, activists, nonprofits, artists, attorneys, business owners, writers, students, and supporters to network, share our knowledge, collaborate, support each other and make new ones!
