Suiza. Si, Suiza es diferente. Hay unas tiendecitas donde tomas tu producto directamente y dejas el dinero. Y funcionan! Suiza. Tiene mil caminos preciosos en la ciudad y en la naturaleza esperando a que los descubran. Suiza, ay!, me tiene enamorada! Cuando llegue de mi pais aqui hace más de 11 años, fue muy duro, si. El idioma... El suizo creo que lo entiendo un 30%... o bueno un 20% si hablan con muchas ggrgrgr. Pero con el aleman me defiendo. Y si no, en inglés. Y si no en español que muchas personas aqui ven novelas hispanas en la tele o han estado 2 meses en Buenos Aires o Madrid y te entienden perfectamente. Y si no por señas! Que al final te haces una experta en lenguaje corporal y no hace falta ni hablar! 😂 Bromas aparte, me habria gustado aprender mas rápido todo lo bueno que tiene este pais para ofrecer. Este plan es una pequeña muestra de ello. Una actividad guiada pensada para hacer nuevas amistades, disfrutar del entorno y pasar un buen rato juntas. 🐕 Para todos los publicos. Peques y perritos son muy bienvenidos! One of our favourite models is pregnant and has suggested that we do a bodyscapes workshop. This workshop will be mostly backlit giving a classy silhouette. Have you ever wanted to photograph people on the street—but didn’t dare to ask? You’re not alone. This meetup is a gentle, supportive space to explore street portrait photography by doing the one thing that feels hardest: approaching strangers. Together, we’ll walk, observe, and—when the moment feels right—ask people if we can take their portrait. It might feel uncomfortable at first. That’s okay. We’ll move at our own pace, encourage each other, and learn by doing. Along the way, you’ll discover: • How to approach people with confidence and respect • How to create a sense of trust in just a few seconds • How powerful a simple human connection can be Because sometimes, all it takes is a moment of courage to turn a stranger into something more—even if just for a photograph.

We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “create a better world” by helping serve those in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for BRUNCH from 10:30am to 12:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 10:20am and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking is available in the surrounding area.
