Join us for an engaging class where you’ll learn simple, safe, and effective methods to preserve your spring harvest so you can enjoy those fresh flavors all year long. From freezing and drying to other easy techniques, we’ll cover practical tips you can use at home. We’re excited to be teaming up with Michigan State University Extension to provide research-based guidance and expert advice to help you preserve with confidence. Whether you’re new to food preservation or looking to expand your skills, this class is perfect for you! Join us for one of our favorite hikes this Tuesday (4/21/26) at 6:30 pm as we hike the Hoover Dam Scenic Trail, starting at the west end of the dam. This hike includes some paved paths/roads along with some dirt trails, with a few beautiful views of the reservoir. Join us for this 2 mile hike, finding us in the parking lot at the corner of Sunbury and Smoke Burr.

Join Neurospicy Columbus at the Stauff's for coffee and then a stroll through the Book Loft nearby! This will be a friendly chat for like minded individuals with Autism and/or ADHD (or somewhere on the Neurodiverse Spectra).

Inspired by our successful events like "Saturday Mornings @ East Market" and other "Pot Luck in the Park" lunches, this gathering promises to be a blend of fun conversations, language exchange, and cultural insights, all while sharing wonderful foods with each other. **Please bring a dish to share and anything you would like to drink.** We will provide plates, plastic silverware and napkins.
