Hey guys, Super excited for this event! We’re doing a ~2 hour hike, starting at the Pedro de Valdivia entrance of Metropolitan park and heading all the way up to the top of Cerro San Cristóbal and back. We will be hiking at a pace that we can talk at and we will be taking a small break at the top. ‼️According to all trails, this hike is “moderate”, has a 9km length, and a 240m elevation gain. Please make sure this is ok with you! ‼️Please bring water and possibly even some snacks! See you guys there 😎 Looking forward to meeting everyone.

While some are still meeting online, this is an in person event. Please note that we have attendees of all levels of speaking, including some native speakers. All are welcome! Also, as we meet at the same time and place each week, many don’t RSVP on the app, so we will likely have more attendees than noted here. Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
