Welcome to our weekly physical or virtual Club Polyglotte meeting. * As usual, a minimum consumption of one drink or something small to eat is obligatory at Restaurant Quai Steffen at 13, Place de la gare at the Luxembourg railway station. * We start our get together at 19:00 h and finish at 22:00 h. As on every Tuesday, participate at one of the following language tables: 1. English 2. French 3. Luxemburgish 4. German 5. Spanish 6. Italian or languages like Mandarin, Russian, Romanian or Arabic, if needed. We are constantly searching for Buddies who lead the various language tables and for those who would like to participate in the organisation for our club established in 1999. This is an idea that came from London, we will give it a go in Luxembourg. For each event, we'll try to find a restaurant from a different country, by going through the letters of the alphabet. Some letters might need to be skipped and for others we will have a lot of choice. (I for Italy or India for example, plenty of restaurants to choose from.) The first (and hopefully not last!) restaurant will be A for Algeria. If there is enough interest and a little closer to the time when we have a better idea of numbers, I'll call Miam Miam to book. For those coming from Luxembourg City, the restaurant is about 15 minute walk from the train station. Note: no alcohol is served at Miam Miam. Their food is halal.
