Depending on numbers, there are going to be groups of max 6 people, the groups will be Beginners (A2), Intermediate and Advance. Each group will have a Spanish native speaker who can help you with your Spanish :) We will first meet our table amig@s and socialise, then we will make a fun and interesting activity for you to have a better Spanish speaking experience. There's no better way to break up the week than with a run beside the river with a bunch of friendly people. So why not join us for our regular Wednesday evening meetup! Our route is a 7.5km (4.7 miles) loop around the river crossing Tower Bridge and finishing on Waterloo Bridge. Everyone runs their own pace and we welcome all levels of runners. We do ask that you are comfortable with this distance and are able to run at a pace of at least 6 min/km. After the run we go for a drink at The Understudy (KERB at the National Theatre). The NT have cloakrooms which anyone can use as a bag drop, though this can’t always be guaranteed. As of April 2026 there is a charge of £1.50 per item. If you find yourself unable to attend, out of courtesy to the host and other attendees, we ask that you update your RSVP so we know who will be joining us on the night!

Have you ever wanted to be immersed within either the city or nature in the form of a walk and socialise at the same time? If so, this may be the right walk for you. Welcome to another one of the WALK events where you have the opportunity to explore all the scenic routes I’ll execute whether there’s nature within, whether we get immersed within the city and feel great about yourself. 



With this particular walk, we will be walking from Elephant & Castle to Brixton. It’s a high road & transitional walk from south east to south west. We get immersed with the Latin American ambiance & culture in the south east and transition to the Afro Caribbean culture in the south west. The best of both worlds I’ll say. After this walk, we will be heading to pop Brixton if you wish. Pop Brixton is another box park which includes so many food vendors, entertainment, music and a wide chill out area. Their food is really good and you can say it outclasses some of the box parks out there. Social Fitness is a small-group functional fitness throwdown designed for people who train hard and enjoy doing it with others. For the third Social Fitness event, this month we will be teaming up with **Bad Boy Pizza Society** to bring you some **epic large New York style pizzas** to refuel post workout. Your **entry cost for the event is £30**, which includes pizza at BBPS! Expect a **functional fitness–style workout**, completed in teams, with enough structure to challenge you and enough atmosphere to keep it fun. You’ll work hard, train alongside like-minded people, and then stick around afterwards for **food, conversation, and a proper social**.
