Para quem quer tirar um tempinho e se exercitar para começar o feriado bem! Vamos juntos. \*Ponto de encontro: Portão Principal do Parque a partir das 7h30 da manhã até as 8h.\* \*Estação mais próxima: Villa-Lobos/Jaguaré\* A ideia é iniciar as 8h da manhã - ou seja 30 minutos aguardando para o início do trajeto - e termos um tempo até pelo menos as 9h30 para terminá-lo - a partir desse horário, fica livre aos participantes irem embora ou continuarem comigo e os demais que quiserem, para parar em algum quiosque para bater papo/relaxar e comer ( eu host já estarei com o meu pré treino tomado ) antes de pegar o rumo pra casa até o final ou antes do horário estabelecido. • O Trajeto é do P3 ( portão principal ) até dar a volta e chegar nele novamente. La onde ficam a maior parte dos quiosques e pontos para comer mas durante o trajeto terão alguns assim como os banheiros. • Aqueles que só querem caminhar, correr juntos ou fazer até um HIT. Não importa o pace, estaremos lá acompanhando e até conversando aproveitando o ar livre. Querendo um ponta pé pra iniciar ou voltar a se exercitar, ou só complementar o exercício semanal. Essa é a chance 😆 \- Não esqueçam de levar seu pertences básicos de caminhada/exercicios\, roupas leves mesmo que não de academia se for o caso\, tênis de caminhada confortável\! We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome! As we learn, we hope to connect more with the Deaf community in Central Ohio. Join us as you're able! Come regularly or just once - whatever you're looking for! Each meetup will explore different topics related to ASL/Deaf culture, and will feature time to practice conversation with one another. Just bring yourself and a willingness to learn!
