**Welcome!💕** This is an intentionally-faciliated space to move slowly, reconnect with your body, and connect with other English-speaking moms and your baby. Postpartum can be hard - especially far from home - and you don't have to do it alone! The class is designed for mamas with medical clearance, together with their babies, from the first months up to the stage of active crawling. Yoga mats are provided. Please bring a cloth to place your baby on, plus whatever they need (diapers, bottles, toys, etc). There is limited space to store prams/carraiges. Bring your sketchbook, pencils, and pens to Plaza Dr Benjamin A Gould (the park next to the planetarium). We'll meet at a corner of the park (see the meeting point) and will find a place to draw or paint. Then we'll come back together and whoever wants to can go to have coffee afterward.
