**Welcome!💕** This is an intentionally-faciliated space to move slowly, reconnect with your body, and connect with other English-speaking moms and your baby. Postpartum can be hard - especially far from home - and you don't have to do it alone! The class is designed for mamas with medical clearance, together with their babies, from the first months up to the stage of active crawling. Yoga mats are provided. Please bring a cloth to place your baby on, plus whatever they need (diapers, bottles, toys, etc). There is limited space to store prams/carraiges.
