Ladies who lunch in london
Ladies who lunch in london
“Il pampers offers a chic and inviting atmosphere perfect for intimate dining or entertaining friends.” Well, I guess we qualify then. A well thought of Italian restaurant. The set menu is £20 for two courses, three for £25….very reasonable for this posh part of London. As always nowadays, I’ve had to give my credit card details and will be charged for no shows and if I try and cancel and time after Tuesday, I’ll be shot at dawn or something!
Speed Dating in The City | Ages 25 to 38
Speed Dating in The City | Ages 25 to 38
BOOK YOUR TICKET 👉🏼 [HERE](https://itsadate.club/event/speed-dating-in-the-city-147/). Escape the ordinary at our popular Friday night speed dating event in The City. You will join 36 single guests in an intimate private space of this centrally located venue, just steps from Monument tube station. The Folly is a super-fun and lively environment with seasonal cocktails (we’d recommend the espresso martini), great service, and heaps of space to continue socialising after a busy evening of introductions. Our host will be at the venue ready to welcome you at 19:30. Please arrive on time for registration, to grab any drinks from the bar, and receive a summary of how things will work. You will be given an optional name sticker, a pen, and note card to keep track of everyone you’ve met. Ladies will be seated on tables adequately spaced, discreetly numbered, and arranged in a comfortable area of the venue. When speed dating commences, gents will join ladies for 5-minute dates to get to know one another. Your host will notify all guests at the end of each date, signalling for gents to move to the next table in ascending numerical order. During table rotations you will have a moment to record on note cards your feelings towards the previous date and intention to reconnect, for your reference only. Mid-way through the evening, your host will indicate a 15-minute comfort break to use the rest room, head to the bar, or socialise with new connections. Dating will then resume for the second half of the evening. At the end of the speed dating the bar will remain open for more socialising. You can then access the event listing in your dashboard to enter feedback on dates and await your matches. If you have any questions about the event or how it works, feel free to contact James at 07517 065 492 or james@itsadate.club.

Women’s Circle - Bodytalk
Women’s Circle - Bodytalk
**Welcome, wonderful women,** Our body is our first home, our lifelong companion from the very beginning of life to the very end. And yet, how often do we pause to really listen to her? To understand the subtle signals she sends, the wisdom she carries, and the stories she holds? This circle\* is an invitation to reconnect with our body, to honour her, and to explore the messages she quietly communicates. We will begin the space with a **gentle, nourishing somatic yoga**\*\* practice guided by Barbara, a yoga teacher with a deeply soft and intuitive approach. This is about slowly arriving in the body, opening, and sensing from within - all movements can be adapted, and you are very welcome to move in a way that honours your body, including if you are working with physical limitations. From there, we will move into the circle, into reflection, sharing, and deeper listening. Through gentle exercises, mindful awareness, and guided reflection, we will tune into the rhythms of our nervous system, begin to notice what our bodies are truly communicating, and reconnect with the intelligence that lives within us. **What to expect:** \- A soft somatic opening with an experienced facilitator \- Exploration of how your body speaks to you \- Reflection and sharing in a safe\, expansive circle \- Connection in supportive sisterhood Whether you are curious, seeking alignment, or simply longing for a deeper relationship with yourself, you are welcome exactly as you are. This is a space where nothing needs to be performed or fixed. A space where your body is not judged, but met. A space where your experience is welcome. **Suggested contribution:** £25\*\*\* Please give what feels aligned with your circumstances. Advance-booking recommended. **Practical information:** Dress comfortably. Journals welcome. Mums with babes in arms (up to 6 months) are welcome. Come home to yourself. Come meet your body as your truest companion. Come soften, open, and listen - together. We can’t wait to hold this space with you ✨ *If you have any questions about the space, you’re very welcome to reach out.* *\*These Women’s Circle events are intentionally created for cisgender women.* *\*\*Somatic yoga, grounded in gentle awareness and slow, exploratory movement, invites a feminine, receptive approach that honours intuition and inner sensing. It fosters deep mind–body attunement, supporting emotional release and greater bodily resilience through curiosity and compassionate attention.* *Yoga teacher: Barbara Heck* *[be-unique-yoga.co.uk](https://be-unique-yoga.co.uk "https://be-unique-yoga.co.uk")* *\*\*\*It is at the centre of my heart to make these spaces available to all women; hence, the event is donation-based, with a suggested contribution of £25 to help cover the costs. If you're able to contribute, please consider the suggested donation amount. However, please know your presence is most valuable. Additionally, if you're in a position to support another Sister's participation, I encourage you to pay it forward. Your kindness can make a meaningful difference in someone else's experience. Thank you for your support and generosity. Together, we can create a space where all sisters feel welcomed and supported.*

Saturday Acting Workshop - Coriolanus!
Saturday Acting Workshop - Coriolanus!
Following our critically acclaimed productions of OTHELLO, MACBETH and TWELFTH NIGHT the Acting gymnasium's Saturday workshop returns to Theatre Deli on Saturday 28th March with a new imagining of Shakepeare's CORIOLANUS. Plenty of superb roles available!! WE WILL PERFORM THE SHOW FROM 6TH-11TH JULY AT NETWORK THEATRE WATERLOO. Set in a post-apocalyptic landscape, Coriolanus, a fierce and proud Roman general, earns fame after defeating Rome’s enemies, especially at Corioli. Despite his military success, he despises the common people and refuses to flatter them for political gain. Urged to seek public office, his arrogance alienates citizens, leading to his banishment. In anger, he allies with his former enemy Aufidius and marches against Rome. As destruction looms, his mother, Volumnia, pleads with him to spare the city. Moved by her words, he relents, choosing honor over revenge. His decision saves Rome but seals his fate, as he is killed for betraying his allies in return.
