In this talk, we learn from a Product Designer at Mews how AI has become part of her everyday design practice, helping shape concepts, challenge assumptions, speed up exploration, and support decision-making. Through real examples, we’ll explore the opportunities, limitations, and open questions that come with designing alongside AI.

Soraya Coreana is a Product Designer at Mews, where she designs solutions across B2B and B2C environments to elevate the guest experience in hospitality. With a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design Communication and a reach that extends into cybersecurity, she brings a uniquely broad perspective to the craft of UX. At the heart of her work is customer empathy, a driving force that shapes how she uncovers problems and builds meaningful solutions. She's a passionate advocate for accessible design and brings a research-led approach to every challenge she takes on.
