Una clase de yoga GRATIS al aire libre seguida de un picnic entre amigos, celebrando el cumpleaños de El Cholas 🐶🎂

Será un encuentro para desconectar, mover el cuerpo, reírnos y compartir desde un lugar sencillo y auténtico. Y sí… ¡tu mascota también está invitada! 🐾

Además, haré un anuncio importante sobre el futuro de Vida de Yoguis.
Si te interesa entrenar de una forma diferente, con conexión real, al aire libre y rodeada de personas con la misma energía… esto te interesa.

It will be a space to disconnect, move your body, laugh, and share from a simple and authentic place. And yes… your pet is invited too! 🐾

If you’re interested in training in a different way — with real connection, outdoors, and surrounded by people with the same energy… this is for you.
