An intimate and transformative experience for women to reconnect with their bodies, cycles, and creativity.
In this workshop, we gather in a safe and relaxed space to explore the vulva, menstruation, and feminine energy through art, conversation, and embodiment practices.
You will:

• Create your own vulva cast as a powerful act of self-knowledge and expression
• Learn practical tools to understand and connect with your menstrual cycle
• Share in a guided conversation about body awareness and femininity
