Volvemos a encontrarnos en el Jardín del Turia para practicar yoga al aire libre.
Una clase de yoga dinámico para movilizar el cuerpo y activar nuestra energía al ritmo de la respiración, rodeados de naturaleza.
Finalizamos con un savasana especial sobre el césped, acompañado por el sonido de los cuencos tibetanos, invitando al descanso y a integrar la práctica.
