Monday Sunset Yoga + Sound Bath on the Beach
Unwind and reset as the sun melts into the horizon during this grounding Monday evening beach yoga and sound bath experience. This all-levels class blends gentle, intentional movement and breathwork to release the weight of the day and ease you into the week ahead.

As daylight fades, you’ll settle into deep relaxation for an extended savasana with a soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and chimes. The rhythm of the waves pair naturally with healing tones to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and create space for clarity and renewal.
Come move, breathe, and rest by the sea—leaving refreshed, centered, and supported for the week ahead.

Join Michel on the beach on Tueaday mornings at 9am for a slow flow. Deep stretching, guided meditation, and breath. Everyone is invited to enjoy this all levels class while basking in the sun and enjoying the ocean view. Start your morning off right with lots of gratitude and some feel good movement!

Bring a mat, water, and dress in layers for changing weather. We are on the left (pier side) of Tower 14.
Come flow with me to move and have fun! Every week I change up the class working various body parts and all levels are welcome! Do what you can do and remember it's only yoga and about you and your mat! Class can be a challenge, but I remind all my students to honor your body and take a break when you need it. Yoga is never competitive; it's about listening to your body and connecting to your breath!

We have the beautiful back drop of the ocean...what could be better! I hope to see you on your mats! Donation based classes open to everyone!
