Join us for a free outdoor Yoga & Pilates session in the park.
We will move, stretch and breathe together in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The session will combine gentle yoga and pilates exercises suitable for all levels.
After the class, we can stay for a while and practice English through casual conversation for those who want to join.
Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary.
What to bring:
• Yoga mat or towel
• Water
• Comfortable clothes
• Good energy 🙂
• Optional: your mate and thermos if you want to enjoy it during the session
