As a parent of a child with special needs, sometimes you just need an ear to listen without judgment. All About Kids is happy to let you know that we will be holding a parent support group this month led by the amazing Lauren Spiegel (see her bio below). If you'd like to come meet other parents with similar experiences to your own, share your stories in a supportive and caring environment, or just want to sit and listen, we are here for you (with coffee and snacks).
Lauren Spiegel is head of Therapist Compliance for All About Kids and has a degree as Teacher of the Deaf. When she is not compliancing she is spending time were her amazing son Austin who was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 3. He is currently attending college as a Liberal Arts major but is looking to switch to Political Science / Pre-Law. Lauren is involved in the Autism community and is a supporter of many organizations which help children and adults who are on the Autism spectrum.
