De qué se trata
Are you an aspiring CTO or tech leader? Join our Lidr's meetup community, learn from top leaders and share your knowledge and tips with colleagues and peers!
We hold regular meetings where seasoned CTOs and inspiring leaders with proven track-record will share their experiences and engage in activities to help you develop the skills that matter. Focused on people, business and tech, in that order of priority, we will bring topics like productivity, communication, recruiting, tech decisions, conflicts resolution or high-performing teams.
Our Meetups typically last 1 hour, try to be practical, and are followed by a networking session, in accordance to this format:
🗣 Keynote Talk (~45 minutes): a CTO from a popular and well-known company shares his/her experience (e.g. goals, achievements, tips, etc.)
💬 Discussion (~30 minutes): a moderator (either the event organizers or a guest) will foster the discussion about relevant topics emerging from the talks or spontaneously from the audience.
🍻 Networking (+ beers): only available in live events. Otherwise, we move the conversation to our Slack community
This group is mainly addressed to tech professionals who currently cover leadership roles (from Eng. Manager to CTOs), and those willing to reach there (including, but not limited to, developers and tech enthusiasts). If you dream of having a bigger impact through leadership, you are more than welcome!
📍 Location

📜 Our history
CTOs &co was founded in December 2016 by Alberto Betella with the objective of creating a venue where tech leaders meet to share their experience and network with the local community. In 2020 this meetup community was merged with Lidr’s community, creating the biggest community for tech leaders in Europe.
