Founded by District 2 Councilwoman Theresa Kail-Smith, Cultural District 2 is a non-profit dedicated to connecting creativity and community in the City of Pittsburgh District 2 communities: Banksville, Chartiers City, Crafton Heights, Duquesne Heights, East Carnegie, Elliott, Esplen, Fairywood, Mount Washington, Oakwood, Ridgemont, South Shore, Sheraden, West End, Westwood, and Windgap. We work with the MWCDC, the SWPCDC, and numerous businesses, community groups, and nonprofits to bring events to the west side Pittsburgh neighborhoods.
