Kirtan meditation is the sacred chanting of mantras to musical instruments. It is in a call & response style and is part of the Bhakti Yoga system, the yoga of devotion.
Kirtan has so many benefits including stress relief, relaxation, clear thinking, inner peace & joy, and most importantly self-realisation. And its fun!
No previous experience required! Anyone of any age, any walk of life can be apart of the kirtan experience. You are most welcome to join us, listen, participate or play along with us. Whatever you feel comfortable with.
We have been practicing kirtan for many years and would love to share the joy of kirtan with others!
