Sakura Matsuri Japanese Street Festival
Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest & 7th Street Northwest, Washington, DC, USThe Sakura Matsuri-Japanese Street Festival is the largest celebration of Japanese culture in the United States. We will begin to meet at 5:30 pm at Ted's Bulletin - 505 8th Street SE. I will be wearing a black cap with "geek" on the front. We'll eat, drink, chat and try not to have our arms chopped off by a Jedi.
At 7:00 pm, we'll ride our speeders to 701 Pennsylvania Ave SE, Washington, DC to watch Jedi and Sith duel at the Star Wars Nighttime Spectacular.
If we survive that, we'll head over to Sith Hapens at Lola's for some drinks that are out of this world.
