The Genuine Contact (TM) approach provides practical, holistic tools and frameworks for achieving sustainable health and balance in any type of organization. There are over 150 certified Genuine Contact (GC) trainers worldwide, and a small but growing number in The Netherlands.

This Meetup group hosts events that bring together experienced GC practitioners and other curious minds to explore what happens when:

- we start introducing the GC approach within working environments and elsewhere.

- we combine this approach with other similar practices for group facilitation and organizational development.

One of the core components of Genuine Contact is Open Space Technology, so you might like to join us if you're familiar with - or curious about - Open Space, or other "Liberating Structures".

GC is complementary to many other approaches for creating effective and enjoyable social and work environments. Although it is not always the case in practice, there is a similar ethos at the core of such frameworks and methods as Sociocracy, Holacracy, Agile, Lean, Theory U, etc.
