Speaker: Raul Estrada

Bio: Raúl Estrada is a programmer since 1996 and Java Developer since 2001. He loves all the topics related to Computer Science. With more than 15 years of experience in High Availability and Enterprise Software, has designed and implemented architectures since 2003. Raúl is the author of books such as "Fast Data Processing Systems with SMACK", "Apache Kafka Cookbook" and "Apache Kafka Quick Start Guide" from Packt Pub.

Abstract: Apache Kafka is a commit log for your entire data center and infrastructure. This lightning talk gives a brief introduction to Kafka and talks about producers, consumers, client libraries, Kafka connect and all Kafka has to offer.
