De qué se trata

Welcome to Oxford Zen Walks! We meet for mindful walks in nature in and around Oxford. Walking meditation is an ancient practice for cultivating mindfulness, inner peace and self-understanding. We walk together in silence and then stick around afterwards for a friendly chat at a local café or pub. Our walks are free-of-charge and open to anyone who is able to walk at a moderate pace for around an hour. You're equally welcome whether you're an experienced meditator or just starting out—guidance is provided for newcomers. You can read more about walking mediation here.
