Hello lovely people!! Welcome to our group!! Just want to let you know, you are NOT ALONE!

Getting in shape isn't easy when you're doing it yourself. At times you just don’t know HOW and WHERE to start whether it’s eating the right food or the right workout. The next thing you know, you start adding a few more pounds and becomes your “next-year-new-year-resolution”.

That is why this group is for people who want to learn how to lose some weight or get fitter with the right guidance and support! We run Workouts and 10 Days detox programs that emphasize heavily on guiding your meals, healthy eating and support you with a close knitted community that helps you to achieve SUSTAINABLE LONG TERM RESULTS.


On the side note, we just want to have fun, be happy and healthy. So it's not just exercise or dieting. It's a lifestyle that we're going after! :)


*PS: Our workout sessions are on going regularly, you won't see a lot of people RSVP here and that's normal since it's a recurring event and there are regular people already attending!*
