Yoga for beginners, deeply relaxing (Deutsche Übersetzung, scheuen Sie sich nicht)

This evening 18:30 Yoga for beginners with Silvio, building flexibility, strength, and stamina and balance. We work as always on our breath and the synchronization of breath and movement, with deeply relaxing guided meditation.

Dear Friends,

Join, stretch your body, come out of your mind and deeply relax. Go with the flow. Synchronize your movement with your breath. We build heat, core strength, balance and flexibility.

In this Thursday evening class, we learn about Yoga, we feel deep into the poses and connect to our true self. Breathing techniques and a short guided meditation in Savasana are usually part of each of this 90 minutes classes.

The instructions will be given in English and/or Deutsch. We provide mats and props.

People with some mobility limitation like back, shoulder or joint pain are welcome. Just let me know beforehand and we'll see what exercises are useful or could even improve your situation.

I'm a Yoga teacher (certified Yoga Alliance RYS 500) with a therapeutic and deep spiritual approach. I'm also a certified Massage therapist with healing hands, specialized and highly skilled in giving Thai Yoga Massage, Traditional and Dynamic as well as Osteopathic (OsteoThai). A Thai massage I give to you is an investment in your health, well-being and spiritual advancement. Yoga and Thai massage fits perfectly together and complement each other.
